"State Farm is the worst insurance. I had hail damage to my roof and they don’t want to replace the roof. They are happy to take your money but they are not happy to help when you need them. go with small insurance company they do better when come to claim State Farm are scammers and don’t throw your money away."

"After purchasing a car I call the following day to transfer my policy to a new car and add full coverage, due to the fact it’s new. The agent Alex aligns with my request but never processed the request. Find out now local agency is singing a different tune. See the other review mentioning this agent, not his first time with errors at this local branch. Have my first claim open with StateFarm. Had a family member make a recorded statement Monday night because of accident. It’s now Thursday, ever time I have called in for something an agent reminds me that he hasn’t made a statement yet. Hello, double check your work please."

"I never spoke with James but an Alex who signed me up for my auto insurance. My fiance and I have our home insurance and 2 car insurances with Sate Farm. I just recently switched from Geico to State Farm since they were able to quote me a better price, which is why I gave them 2 stars and not 1. I never received any of my paperwork or my IDs, and was unable to make an online account because I never got a policy number. I just spent 40 minutes on the phone with State Farms 24/7 help number and she was able to spend me all the information I needed and helped me see my account. And my name is spelled wrong on my account, which I can only fix if I call in and have the correct, another phone call I have to make. Tempted to switch back go Geico just because the service was better. Guess you get what you pay for."
